Below are the Mandatory skills:

- App Dev experienced Project Managers

- If someone is a delivery manager currently, he/she should have been an app dev PM previously and not too long ago

- Complete understanding of project management lifecycle

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, risk and issue management, budget management etc

- Driving review calls and other governance call

- End to end accountability for the project

- If currently from a tier 2 company, then previously should have worked in a Tier 1 company as a PM
