Primary:

• 5+ years relevant experience in PAM Solution Operations OR deployment & implementation of PAM using CyberArk PAM solution for large scale customers across various industry verticals
• Have a strong knowledge of the CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) suite CyberArk version 10.x and 11.x.
• Must be certified at least as CyberArk Defender.
• Experience in managing Cloud hosted PAM solution is desirable
• Experienced in onboarding Cloud hosted infrastructure
• Must be able to call out issues, blockers, and process deficiencies so that they can be addressed, and we can offer a better experience to our colleagues
• capable of identifying and analyzing problems to establish root cause and come up with a plan to fix them
• Able to work independently with minimal guidance for engineering tasks
• Technical proficiency in programming, specifically with PowerShell.
• Technical knowledge of Splunk or other SIEM platforms for integration and incident management for PAM related incidents / events
• Must have capability to technically understand the impact of Change to a High Availability Environment
• Exposure to programming, specifically with PowerShell.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Architects to articulate scope to drive future state of the service
• Highly motivated to work in the PAM space

Secondry:

• CyberArk Sentry Certification
• Technical knowledge of Cloud Platforms specifically – AWS (mandatory), Azure (desirable)
• CI/CD concepts and automation, specifically with Terraform.
• PowerShell, AutoIt& RESTful APIs
