Adhering to SLAs defined by the business/client
Reporting to the Track Lead / Team Lead for technical and operational activities
Helping team members in case of Technical/Operational Problems and Issues
Handling tickets/ Incidents, working with with third party vendor for elevated support.
Raising Change Requests for approvals and implementing the change accordingly
Ensuring that the processes are adhered to while working on any problem incident/change request
Improves and maintains customer and employee satisfaction by the way of quality in the day to day tasks
Suggesting new technologies and design changes as and when applicable
Applying patches/upgrades to maintain security level
Hands on experience on NetApp products FAS, V series NetApp, DFM, CIFS, NFS, iSCSI and Snapshot technologies.
Theoretical knowledge on Snap mirror (multipath), Snap Vault, VolCopy, NDMP copy & NDMP iData agent, Snap Drive, OSSV configuration
Working knowledge on Data ONTAP 8.1 7-Mode and its New Features, Data ONTAP 7-Mode Fundamentals, Cluster-Mode for 7.
Good knowledge on Data ONTAP Cluster-Mode and Hardware Knowledge of the NetApp.
Hands on experience on troubleshooting the NetApp hardware products, NetApp on command, ONTAP OS upgrades, expertise on Q tree creation, Quota Management (Re sizing, Report)
Creating & Administration of CIFS and NFS shares, LUN, iGroup, managing Volumes, Snapshot, DFM (Qtree , Vol, Aggr Alerts).
Configure and Administration of De-duplication and NDMP support, Snapshot schedule.
Theoretical knowledge on Snap vault, Disk Scrub Schedule, snap mirror, Disks replacement, space & availability management.
Trouble shooting share permission issue from Filer End and co-ordinate with platform teams.
Co-ordinate with vendor and senior team for Performance management.
Should have good knowledge in Documentation on NetApp Procedure. Self motivated to update on latest technology trends
Basic knowledge about the Vendor Best practices for NetApp Administration.

Good working knowledge on MS OFFICE
Should have a good customer handling skills
