- Accountable for managing High Priority Ticket and Notifications.

- Accountable for Training and Certification Curriculum Service Center SRO staff
- Accountable for documentation quality
- Incident, Change, and Problem Management Process Owner
- Accountable for resource Management (Shifts, onboarding, etc.)
- Responsible for Customer reviews (acts as Customer prime).
