Roles & Responsibilities:

A) Personal Assistant to Managing Director:
1. Managing his calendar, emails
2. Making appointments and preparing agenda for the meeting
3. Taking care of his travel bookings and expense
B) Front Office & Office Admin:
1. Managing board line number and transferring calls to concerned department/person
2. Taking care of travel bookings of management
3. Attending visitors and maintaining the records of the same
4. Office administration

Must haves:
1. Excellent English communication skills
2. Good working knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point
3. Should be eager to learn
4. Should have 6 8 years of experience
