Job Duties/ Responsibilities:-
Emails and Chats to be answered within the Stipulated time given
Inbound/Outbound calls handling
Follow Up with Calls if need to close the issues of the users
Coordinate with the Operations team for the closure of user issues.
Maintaining MIS for the queries responded
Any Bachelors degree.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in back office (CAMS, KARVY, AMC)
Knowledge of the Indian mutual funds' industry and regulations involved.
Should possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good technical skills, preferred skills-MS Office, Visual Basic
Preferably NISM or AMFI certified.
