Managing the Sales Executives, Team Leaders and Area Managers to achieve the Objectives

Meeting Sales & Receivable targets of all the Territories.

Meeting the Channel Management Objectives.

Monitoring the Product Mix, Competitor activities

Providing direction and optimizing output from sales and office personnel through training and mentoring.

Managing Inventory for the smooth operation of the sales activities.

Conducting promotional activities to ensure the achievement of the sales targets.

Designing and delivering training and development programs based on both the organizations and the individual's needs.
